CAI is a Southern California based construction consulting firm that specializes in professional
cost estimating, cost loaded CPM scheduling, constructibility reviews and related construction
management support services. Since its founding in March of 1990, CAI has provided cost control
services on Projects in support of design professionals, governmental agencies and
institutional owner/developers. This includes Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development and
Final Construction Drawings design phase cost estimates. Cost estimating formats include the
popular CSI 16 Division BroadScope Format, GSA Uniformat, Navy NAVFAC Format and the US
Army Corps of Engineers M-CACES and M-CACES Gold Formats.
